经皮加压钢板治疗老年股骨转子间骨折患者的围术期护理

Perioperative nursing of percutaneous compression plating for aged patients with intertrochanteric hip fracture

目的探讨经皮加压钢板（Percutaneous compression plating，PCCP）治疗老年股骨转子间骨折患者围术期护理方法。方法回顾性分析2009年5月至2012年10月收治并系统随访的24例采用PCCP治疗股骨转子间骨折的老年患者，制定围术期有效的基础和专科护理、积极预防围术期各种并发症及指导术后功能锻炼。结果24例均获得随访，平均随访16个月，髋关节功能用Harris评分系统进行评分：优14例，良8例，可1例，差1例，优良率91．6％。结论正确的围术期护理及术后康复指导能有效提高手术成功率，减少并发症的发生，促进患者功能恢复，改善生存质量。

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing experience of percutaneous compression plating for aged patients with intertrochanteric hip fracture. Methods The clinical nursing data of 24 aged patients with intertroehanteric hip fracture were ana- lyzed. Based on the pathological, physical, and psychological characteristics of elderly people, corresponding measures were provided to pre- vent complications and let them have functional exercise. Results Among of them 24 eases were followed up for 6 - 28 months （ average 16 months）. According to the scoring systems of Harris, the results were excellent in 14 cases, good in 8, fair in I, poor in 1. The rate of ex- cellent and good was 91. 6%. Conclusions Proper perioperative nursing and postoperative rehabilitation guidance can improve success rate, decrease complications, promote functional recovery and improve life quality of patients.
