摘要 目的:了解高职学生早餐就餐情况及对早餐的认知态度,为改善学生早餐情况提供参考。方法:采用整群抽样方法抽取渭南职业技术学院486名学生,利用问卷调查方法收集资料,应用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果:在1周中每天进食早餐的学生有39.3%,早餐食物类型中包含4种的仅占3.7%,56.4%的学生选择早餐主要依据个人口味,81.1%的学生认为早餐很重要。结论:高职学生对早餐重要性的认知较好,对早餐营养认知较差,每天进食早餐率较低,早餐质量较差。 Objective: To learn about the breakfast behavior and nutritional status of students in higher vocational school, which will then contribute to health education of breakfast among higher vocational students.Method: Using cluster sampling method, 486 students from Weinan Vocational and Technical College School, collecting data by questionnaire investigation, using SPSS 16.0 statistical software for data analysis.Result: Eat breakfast every day during the 1 week of the students are 39.3%, breakfast food types contains 4 accounted for only 3.7%, 56.4% of the students choose the breakfast mainly based on personal taste, 81.1% of the students think that breakfast is very important.Condusion : Higher vocational students have a better cognition about the importance of breakfast and Poor cognition to breakfast nutrition, not only there is low rate of students who have breakfast normally, but also the nutritive value is not good enough.
