低温等离子消融治疗喉良恶性肿瘤疗效观察

Curative Effect of Low-temperature Plasma Ablation for the Treatment of Laryngeal Benign and Malignant Tumors

目的:探讨低温等离子消融治疗喉良恶性肿瘤的疗效及可行性。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的37例喉良恶性肿瘤患者,全部患者在支撑喉镜下鼻内镜引导下行等离子消融喉肿物切除术,观察其治疗情况。结果:20例会厌囊肿经低温等离子消融治疗未见复发;12例喉乳头状瘤在支撑喉镜下行低温等离子消融治疗,2例复发,再次行低温等离子消融治疗;5例声带型喉癌(T1)行支撑喉镜下低温等离子消融治疗,术后复查,1例术后3个月复发,再次行部分喉切除随访未见复发。结论:鼻内镜下电动吸切术协同低温等离子治疗喉良恶性肿瘤,能有效降低喉乳头状瘤和早期喉癌的复发,提高了患者的发音质量,且手术时间短,术后恢复快,损伤小。

Objective： To explore the low-temperature plasma ablation of benign and malignant laryngeal efficacy and feasibility.Method： 20 cases of patients with laryngeal benign and malignant tumors, all patients in the support laryngoscope under nasal endoscopy guided plasma ablation laryngeal tumor resection, observe its treatment.Result： 20 cases of epiglottic cysts by low-temperature plasma ablation without recurrence; 12 cases of laryngeal papilloma in suspension laryngoscope low-temperature plasma ablation treatment, 2 cases of recurrence, reoperation low-temperature plasma ablation treatment; 5 cases of vocal cord carcinoma （T1） for low temperature plasma laryngoscope ablation treatment, postoperative recurrence, 3 months in 1 patient after partial laryngectomy, again follow-up no recurrence.Conclusion： Endoscopic resection of synergy electric suction temperature plasma treatment of benign and malignant larynx, can effectively reduce laryngeal papilloma and early laryngeal cancer recurrence and improve the patient＇s quality of pronunciation, and the short operative time, postoperative recovery, little damage.
