半限制全肘关节置换治疗复杂性肱骨远端骨折的疗效分析

The Effect Analysis of Semi-constrained Total Elbow Arthroplasty in the Treatment of Complex Distal Humeral Fractures

目的：本文分析了半限制人工肘关节置换治疗复杂性肱骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法：对笔者所在医院2010-2012年12例应用半限制人工肘关节置换来治疗复杂性肱骨远端骨折的患者进行观察，患者平均62.5岁，原骨折按AO分型，C2型4例，C3型8例。假体关节为LINK ENDO-MODEL半限制性假体。采用Mayo肘关节功能评分。结果：12例患者随访9~18个月，12例患者的关节功能均恢复较好。结论：半限制人工肘关节置换治疗复杂性肱骨远端骨折效果显著。

Objective：To analyze the effect of semi-constrained total elbow arthroplasty in the treatment of complex distal humeral fractures. Method：Twelve cases were from 2010 to 2012 in the hospital were observed. Patients were diagnosed complex fractures of the distal humerus and treated by semi-constrained total elbow arthroplasty with LINK ENDO-MODEL prosthesis. The mean ages were 62.5 years old,according to AO classification,there were four cases in C2,and eight in C3. Evaluated with Mayo elbow score.Result：12 cases follow-up for 9-18 months,all cases acquired excellent elbow function. Conclusion：Semi-constrained total elbow arthroplasty is an effective method in the treatment of complex distal humeral fractures.
