摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理措施在传染病患者中的应用。方法:选取2012年6月-2013年6月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的50例传染病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组只实施常规护理,观察组除实施常规护理外还注重人性化的关怀,观察、比较两组患者满意度及焦虑、抑郁情况。结果:分别采取有关护理措施后,两组患者焦虑、抑郁程度均显著改善(P<0.05),但是观察组较对照组改善程度明显更好,两组护理后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意率为84.00%,对照组为56.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在传染病患者中实施人性化护理可明显提高患者的满意度,改善焦虑、抑郁状况,有利于减少护患纠纷,促进患者健康恢复。
Objective:To investigate the humane care measures in patients with infectious diseases in the application.Method:Fifty cases of infectious diseases from June 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital for the study were divided the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated for only routine care,the observation group also focus on the humane care in addition to implementation of routine care. Patient’s satisfaction and anxiety,depression situation in the two groups were compared.Result:The patient’s anxiety,depression in the observation group were significantly less than the control group,and the difference between the two groups were all statistically significant(P〈0.05). The satisfaction rate of patients in the control group was 56.00%,while the observation group was 84.00%after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:In patients with infectious diseases in the implementation of humane care can significantly improve patient satisfaction,improve anxiety and depression,helps to reduce nurse-patient disputes,and promote the health of patient’s recovery.
