自制消肿散瘀药膏对早期骨折的疗效分析

The Analysis of the Effect of Homemade Xiaozhongsanyu Ointment on Early Fracture

目的:分析自制消肿散瘀药膏对早期骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取笔者所在医院2013年1月-2014年1月所收治的60例骨折患者作为临床研究对象,将患者随机分为试验组和对照组两组,两组均采用常规处理,试验组在对照组基础上加用自制消肿散瘀药膏进行治疗。在治疗7 d后对两组患者的症状、体征进行评价,同时记录两组患者不良反应发生率和张力性水泡发生率。结果:在治疗7 d后,试验组患者的疼痛、压痛、瘀斑、功能障碍与肿胀得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者无明显不良反应,试验组有1例皮肤瘙痒,两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者张力性水泡发生率2.5%(1/40),低于对照组的17.5%(7/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制消肿散瘀药膏对早期骨折患者进行治疗,方法简单,无严重不良反应,且能利于组织恢复,降低患者痛苦,缩短恢复时间,减少医疗费用支出,因此值得在今后临床工作中推广应用。

Objective：To analyze the effect of homemade Xiaozhongsanyu Ointment on early fracture.Method：60 patients who had been treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 for early fracture were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Traditional treatment were given to both two groups.Homemade Xiaozhongsanyu Ointment was given to experimental group.After 7 days,the clinical symptoms,adverse reactions and tension vesicle rate was observed.Result：The score of pain,pressing pain,suggillation,dysfunction and swelling in experimental group were less than those in control group,by contrast,the variation in scores had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.There were no adverse reaction in control group and 1 skin itch in experimental group,by contrast,the difference had not statistical significance（P〉0.05）.The tension vesicle rate in experimental group was 2.5%（1/40） and it was 17.5%（7/40） in control group,by contrast,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Homemade Xiaozhongsanyu Ointment on early fracture is convenient to use,has no serious adverse reaction,can reduce the patients’pain and the cost of treatment.It is worth of being popularized clinically.
