Accurate locating technology of erecting large-tonnage box girder in abysmal area

以大连市南部滨海大道工程为例,对工程的结构形式进行了介绍,论述了预制梁安装、箱梁运输和架设的施工工艺流程,并从箱梁架设技术、箱梁粗定位、精定位三方面阐明了箱梁精确定位的技术,解决了在深海区域施工的难题。

Taking southern Dalian coastal highway engineering as an example,the paper introduces the engineering structure form,discusses the prefabricated box girder installation,box girder transportation and erection technology procedures,and describes the accurate box girder locating technology from three aspects of box girder erecting technology,coarse box girder locating and accurate box girder locating,which solves the con-struction difficulty in deep abysmal area.
