摘要
文章以网络嵌入理论为基础,采用典型访谈方法,探析了移动HR情景下员工关系管理所面临的挑战及相关对策。分析认为,挑战主要集中于:应用重点错位、管理理念失当、管理难度增大。而其应对策略主要是:阶梯推进、管理转型、立体嵌入。
The article based on embedded network theory, by means of typical interview method, analysis the challenges and countermeasures that employee relationship management faced in the contexts of mobile HR. The study shows that the dislocation of application, the distortion of value orientation, and the increases of management difficulties are the main challenges. The countermeasures including step forward, combination of dynamic and static, and stereo embedded.
