摘要
领导力开发对业务成功具有驱动作用,然而改革开放三十多年以来,我国企业依然面临着领导力反馈不佳的严峻挑战,本研究以全球最具领导力公司的典型代表宝洁公司为例,通过案例研究揭示了提升领导力的人力资源管理机制,提出了领导力产出的系统思路。
Leadership development plays the role of driving business success, however, after thirty years of reforming and opening up, Chinese enterprises are still facing challenges fi'om poor leadership. This study took Procter & Gamble, which is a typical representative of the Global Top Companies for Leaders, for example, and through case study, revealed the human resources management mechanism for enhancing leadership, thus putting forward the systematic idea of leadership output.
