四种降眼压药物对心肺功能的影响 被引量:4

Effects of four IOP-lowering medications on the cardio respiratory functions in newly diagnosed glaucoma

摘要 目的 :比较 0 5 %Timolol、 0 2 %Brimonidine、 0 2 5 %Betaxolol与 0 0 0 5 %Latanoprost的降眼压作用及对心肺功能的影响。方法 :5 9例首次诊断的原发性开角型青光眼、高眼压症随机分成四组 ,分别点用 0 5 %Timolol、 0 2 %Brimonidine、 0 2 5 %Betaxolol与 0 0 0 5 %Latanoprost眼液。三个月后 ,观察眼压、心肺功能变化。四组间眼压、血压、脉搏与肺活量的改变采用单因素方差分析。结果 :四种药物降眼压作用不相同 ,Latanoprost组降眼压作用最强 ,Betaxolol组降眼压作用相对较弱。Timolol、Betaxolol组脉搏减慢 ,肺活量下降。Brimonidine、Latanoprost组对心肺功能无明显影响。结论 :四种药物降低眼压同时都产生了不同程度的不良反应 ,β受体阻滞剂对心肺功能产生了负性影响。 To evaluate the short term impacts of four gla ucoma medications on cardiovascular,respiratory,and intraocular pressure (IOP) in glaucoma patients newly diagnosed. Methods:59 newly diagnosed glaucoma and ocular hypertensio n patients were recruited and underwent full ocular,cardiovascular and respiratory examinations.They were prescribed one of the four topical glaucoma medications,0.5% Timolol,0.2% Brimondine,0.25Betaxolol and 0.005% Latanoprost,and reviewed 3 months later.One eye of each patient was randomly chosen,the data was analyzed with analysis of variance. Results:The four drugs had different effects on lowing IOP .Latanoprost had the greatest mean IOP lowering effect in this research.Beta receptor blocker was associated with the lowered pulse rate and the reductions in respirometry measurements. Conclusions:The side effects can be seen in all four glaucoma medications,especially the beta receptor blocker,which might cause the reductions in heart pulse,blood pressure and in measurements of respiratory function.
