摘要
目的探讨本科护生心理资本对核心能力水平的影响。方法2013年5-6月,采用方便抽样法,对天津市三级甲等医院的本科护理实习生280名进行问卷调查,了解本科护生心理资本和核心能力水平现状,并探讨两者间的关系。结果本科护生心理资本总均分为(4.365±0.773)分,核心能力总均分为(5.379±0.744)分,且两者之间呈显著正相关。回归分析显示,心理资本的自我效能、希望及乐观可显著正向预测核心能力的42.6%。结论护理教育者及护理管理者应根据本科护生心理资本的不足之处,制订针对性干预措施,增强护生心理资本,提高其核心能力水平。
Objective To determine the impact of baccalaureate nursing students' psychological capital on core competency. Methods A total of 280 baccalaureate nursing students from a certain third-level and grade-A hospital in Tianjin were tested by the Chinese version CINS Scale and Chinese version of PsyCap Scale. The relationship between psychological capital and core competency was analyzed. Results The mean score of psychological capital was (4.365±0.773), the mean score of core competency was (5.379±0.744). There were significant positive correlations between psychological capital and core competency. Regression analysis showed that the self-efficacy, hope and optimism could explain 42.6% of the variance for baccalaureate nursing students' core competency. Conclusions Nursing educator and administrator should focus on the shortcomings of psychological capital, and take effective measures to enhance nursing students' psychological capital and improve the level of core competency.
