北重330MW机组间隙性振动原因分析及处理 被引量:3

摘要 国华某电厂亚临界4×330MW汽轮机组,均在稳定运行数月后2、3号瓦出现较为严重的间隙性振动问题。经过对同类型机组调研和分析,初步判断为油挡积碳引起的碳化物摩擦振动。通过调整润滑油箱的微负压值以及对气密油档进行改造,使2号瓦振动幅值稳定在65μm,1号瓦振动幅值降至10μm,机组振动幅值正常,运行稳定。 Serious intermittent vibration occurred on No.2and No.3tile of four subcritical 330 MW unit turbines in a power plant,after several months' stable operation.Thus,investigation on the same type units was conducted.Carbide frictional vibration caused by carbon deposition on oil baffle was considered as the major reason.By regulating micro negative pressure of the lubrication oil tank and performing retrofitting on the airtight oil gear,the large vibration problem was successfully overcome.The vibration amplitude of the No.2tile stabled at 65μm,and the fluctuation of the No.1tile reduced to 10μm,indicating the unit vibration return normal.
