摘要
小麦新鲜度直接决定小麦品质及后期面制品加工,采用盐酸联苯胺法和国标法测出新陈小麦各项指标,利用支持向量机筛选、预测小麦新鲜度,根据其判别正确率来探索判别方法的可行性.
The wheat freshness decides the wheat quality and the post-stage processing of flour products,so that it is important to research the wheat discrimination technology. All indexes of fresh and stale wheat were measured through experiments,and the wheat freshness was predicted by support vector machine(SVM). The feasibility of the method was determined according to the prediction accuracy.
