摘要
对聚酯装置中热媒循环泵的选型进行探讨分析,发现在4个位号采用普通离心泵代替热媒屏蔽泵,能够满足装置安全运行需要,降低产品能耗,每年可节电约39万kW·h,且节省设备投资和设备维修费用。
The selection of high temperature medium(HTM) circulating pump in PET plant is discussed. The ordinary centrifugal pump instead of canned motor pump used as HTM circulation pump at d positions can meet the requirements of the safe operation of the plant, reduce the energy consumption, cut down equipment investment and equipment repair costs. This can save power 390 000 kW. h annually.
