摘要
根据聚酯装置真空系统特点,讨论了在开车前的冷态氮气加压试漏、热态氟利昂加压试漏和热态真空氦检漏技术。结果表明:通过多次检漏并消除聚酯装置漏点,确保真空系统无泄漏,保证在开车和正常运行过程中真空系统的气密性,使装置开车顺利,运行稳定。
According to the characteristics of polyester plant' s vacuum system, nitrogen pressure leak testing in cold state, freon pressure leak testing in hot state and vacuum helium leak detection in hot state are discussed in this paper. The results show that the air tightness of the vacuum system is guaranteed by multiple leak detection and elimination of the polyester plant's leakage points, and the device can be drived smoothly and stable operation.
