酸枣仁龙牡煎方治疗阴虚气滞、内热扰心证失眠60例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Suanzaoren Longmu Decoction for 60 Insomnia Patients With Yin-Deficiency,Qi-Stagnation and Internal Heat Harassing the Heart Syndrome

目的观察酸枣仁龙牡煎方治疗失眠阴虚气滞、内热扰心证的临床疗效。方法将60例失眠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组予酸枣仁龙牡煎方治疗,每日1剂;对照组予艾司唑仑片,每晚1mg,睡前30min口服,两组均治疗两周后评价临床疗效,两组分别于治疗前后进行睡眠效率、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及睡眠状态自评量表(SRSS)评定。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后PSQI及SRSS量表评分均较治疗前明显降低,并且治疗组治疗后PSQI及SRSS量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后睡眠效率较前明显上升,且治疗组睡眠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论酸枣仁龙牡煎方可以提高患者睡眠质量,改善患者日间功能状态。

Objective To observe the efficacy Suanzaoren （Semen Ziziphi Spinosae , 酸枣仁 ） , Longgu insomnia patients with yin-deficiency, qi-stagnation and and safety of Suanzaoren Longmu Decoctton [ decoctmn ot （ Os Draconis, 龙骨） and Mull （ Concha Ostreae,牡蛎） ] for internal heat harassing the heart syndrome. Methods Six- ty cases of insomnia were randomized into the treatment group and control group, with 30 in each. The treatment group was given Suanzaoren Longmu Decoction one dose daily. The.control group was given 1 mg of Estazolam Tablets half an hour before bedtime. The efficacy was evaluated after 2-week treatment. The sleep efficiency, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） and Self-Rating Scale of Sleep （SRSS） were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 90.0% and 73.33% respectively, with a significant difference between groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The scores of PSQI and SRSS were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment, especially in the treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The sleep efficacy was significantly increased in both groups after treatment, especially in the treatment group （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Suanzaoren Longmu Decoction can im- prove sleep quality and daytime functional status of insomnia patients, with a good safety.
