摘要
采用多层高精度金属滤网过滤技术去除城市污水厂尾水中的悬浮物(SS)和总磷,经过模型试验和现场实际运行,取得了较好效果。滤网精度越高,出水SS浓度越低,但水位差上升越快。在兼顾效果和反冲洗时间的情况下,使用滤网精度为80或100目,对SS的去除率约80%,同时总磷浓度从0.58 mg/L降至0.38 mg/L。滤网精度、悬浮物粒径以及反冲洗时间是影响去除效果的关键因素。现场长期运行100目多层滤网设备,出水SS值能够稳定在10 mg/L以下,达到设计要求,出水可考虑回用于工业循环冷却系统补水、景观用水等。
Filtration with multilayer high-precision metal strainer was applied to further remove suspended solid (SS) and total phosphorus in the effluent of WWTP, and satisfactory results were achieved after experimental study and field application. With higher strainer precision, SS concentration after treatment became lower, whereas water head increased more quickly. Taking both removal efficiency and back-washing time into account, by using strainers with 80 or 100 meshes, the removal rate of SS was around 80%, and total phosphorus declined from0. 58 mg/L to 0. 38 mg/L. Strainer precision, SS particle size and back-washing time all contributed to filtration efficiency. Using a muhilayer strainer with 100 meshes during the long-term field application, SS always remained under 10 mg/L, meeting the design requirements. The effluent could be used as supplementary water for industrial circulating cooling system or landscape water.
