摘要
聚合物驱油是油田三次采油的重要方式,聚合物溶液在注入管道中存在着严重的粘度损失,影响了油田的生产和开发效果,而硫酸盐还原菌的广泛存在是导致聚合物粘损的重要原因。为此,从大庆油田回注水中筛选得到一株硝酸盐还原菌Alcaligenes sp.JNS05,室内试验表明,菌株JNS05对硫酸盐还原菌具有显著的抑制效果,将菌株培养液注入聚合物注入管道中,现场检测结果显示,聚合物粘度损失可降低5%以上。
Polymer flooding oil production is a common enhanced oil recovery (EOR) technology oilfield. The grave viscosity loss of polymer solution existed in injection pipes, which influenced the oilfield production and development. The wide existence of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) was an im- portant reason for the viscosity loss of polymer solution. A strain of nitrate-reducing bacteria Alcaligenes sp. JNS05 was isolated from the reinjection water in Daqing Oilfield. The laboratory experiment showed that the strain JNS05 could effectively inhibit SRB. The viscosity loss of polymer solution could be de- creased by more than 5% when the strain culture solution was added into the injection pipe of polymer solution.
