摘要
针对GSM/GPRS/EDGE测试系统中EDGE-8PSK的EVM测量算法复杂、硬件实现困难且测试结果精度不高的问题,提出了一种快速、易实现、高精度的EDGE-8PSK EVM测量算法,包括用于消除ISI的ISI滤波算法、用于符号同步的最小均方差算法、用于估计频偏的最小相差平均算法。通过在TI DSP上实现和测量EDGE终端8-PSK的EVM指标,并与国外仪器EDGE-8PSK指标测量结果进行比较,比较结果表明,该算法测量的EDGE-8PSK EVM指标精度已达到国外仪器测试水平。该EVM测量算法的DSP实现已在GSM/GPRS/EDGE综合测试仪中得到应用,并取得良好的测试效果。
For the problem of low measurement precision, difficult implementation, yet complex measurement in GSM/ GPRS/EDGE test system, the paper proposes an accurate, fast, yet easy to implement EDGE-8PSK EVM algorithm. The algorithm include the ISI filtering algorithm aimed at eliminating ISI among symbols, the minimum mean square symbol synchronization algorithm aimed at implementing symbol synchronization and the smallest difference average al- gorithm aimed at estimating frequency offset. The paper compares the measurement results of the algorithm which is im- plemented on TI DSP and the measurement results of the foreign instruments. The comparison results showed, the algo- rithm has reached the level of foreign equipment testing. The EVM measurement algorithm which is implemented on DSP has been applied in GSM/GPR/EDGE tester and has achieved good test results.
