摘要
研究目的:为达到国家绿色建筑三星奖与美国LEED金奖评定要求,本文结合大竹林车辆段综合楼自身特点,从土地资源与室外环境、节能与能源利用、节水与水资源利用、节材与材料资源利用以及室内环境质量等方面阐述符合工程特点的系列举措。研究结论:大竹林综合楼采取的措施符合国家建筑三星奖要求,达到美国LEED金奖评定水平:(1)双层玻璃幕墙、地源热泵系统、地道风系统、智能照明系统、光伏光导系统等节能措施的采用充分体现了新兴实用技术在绿色建筑的适用性;(2)列车再生制动系统的应用体现了轨道交通建筑的特点;(3)雨水回收系统满足绿色建筑节水与水资源利用评定标准;(4)本工程实例可以为国内轨道交通行业内类似绿色建筑设计提供借鉴。
Research purposes: In order to achieve the National Green Building Award and USA LEED gold assessment requirements, combined with Chongqing rail transportation Dazhulin comprehensive office building, this paper described series of measures with engineering characteristics from the land resources and environment, energy saving and energy utilization, water saving and water resources utilization, material resource use and indoor environmental quality. Research conclusions: The measures in comprehensive office building achieve the line with the National Building Award, LEED gold medal assessment level : ( 1 ) The energy saving measures of double glass curtain wall, ground source heat pump system, tunnel ventilation system, intelligent lighting systems, photovohaic optical system, fully embody the applicability of emerging technologies in green building. (2) The train application of regenerative braking system embodies the characteristics of rail transit construction. (3) The rainwater recycling system meets the assessment standards of green building water saving and water resources utilization. (4) It can provide the reference for similar green building in rail transit system.
