2012-2013年温州七里港口岸医学媒介生物调查及分析 被引量:2

Background investigation on medical vectors at Wenzhou port in 2012-2013

摘要 目的掌握温州口岸医学媒介生物的种群分布和活动规律,为医学媒介生物防控提供科学依据。方法采用鼠夹法调查鼠型动物,采用CO2诱蚊器法调查蚊类,采用诱蝇笼法调查蝇类。结果 2012年5-10月和2013年6-10月,温州口岸2年调查捕获医学媒介生物8020只,经分类鉴定,其中鼠型动物2科3属3种,蚊类2科4属7种,蝇类4科14属18种。本次调查发现各类医学媒介生物种群增长速度较快,优势种发生明显变化,季节消长规律明显。结论为积极开展口岸医学媒介生物防治和疫情疫病预警提供了有力的数据支撑。 Objective To master the composition and activity routines of medical vectors at Qiligang port, and provide scientific basis for medical vectors prevention. Methods The trap method, CO2 lure method or lure-box method were used for rat, mosquito and flies, respectively. Results A total of 8 020 medical vectors were captured, Rodents were identified as 3 species 3 genera and 2 families, mosquitoes were identified as 7 species 4 genera and 2 families, flies were identified as 18 species 14 genera and 4 families. The investigation found the medical vectors grow fast. The dominant species changed obvious regularity. Conclusion This investigation provided significantly. The seasonal fluctuation of density had an a scientific basis for medical vectors prevention.
