摘要
After Osmani Castillo met the Chinese woman who would become his girlfriend in Havana, the capital of Cuba, he decided to relocate to China. After having run several restaurants in Cuba, he moved to Tianjin, in 2009, to work as a restaurateur in the Italian district. After five years, Castillo moved to Beijing, where he worked as a chef at Casa Latina, and where he gained the confidence to open his own restaurant. With Caribeno, the first and so far only Cuban restaurant in China, he was determined to put Cuban cuisine on the map in China.
