摘要
目的 研究博安霉素 (boanmycin)在体内外对人食管癌细胞等的抑瘤作用。方法 采用MTT法检测博安霉素在人体外对 5种人癌细胞的细胞毒作用 ;同时用裸鼠异种移植人食管癌细胞模型观察博安霉素对人食管癌的抑瘤作用。结果 博安霉素在体外对 5种肿瘤细胞均有明显的细胞毒作用 ;博安霉素在 10 .0mg/kg和 15 .0mg/kg剂量下对裸鼠异种移植人食管癌HEC2的抑制率分别为 85 .2 %、90 .6 %;在 7.5mg/kg和 15 .0mg/kg剂量下对裸鼠异种移植人食管癌Eca -10 9的抑制率分别为81.2 %、92 .0 %。结论 博安霉素在体内外对人食管癌细胞等具有显著的抑瘤作用。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of boanmycin on human esophageal cancer cell and other tumors in vitro and in vivo.Methods The cytotoxic effect of boanmycin on five human cancer cell lines was determined by MTT assay in vitro;Inhibitory effect of boanmycin on human esophageal cancer xenografts in nude mice was observed.Results Boanmycin has significant cytotoxic effect on these five cell lines in vitro.In the model of human esophageal cancer(HEC2) xenografts in nude mice,the inhibitory rates of boanmycin group(10.0 mg/kg and 15.0 mg/kg) were 85.2% and 90.6%.In the other model of human esophageal cancer(Eca-109) xenografts in nude mice,the inhibitory rates of boanmycin treated group(7.5 mg/kg and 15.0 mg/kg) were 81.2% and 92.0% respectively.Conclusion Boanmycin shows strong antitumor effect on human esophageal cancer and other tumors in vitro and in vivo.
