三亚市少数民族文艺人才现状及对策

The Situation and Suggestions for Ethnic Minority Talents for Literature and Art in Sanya

通过问卷调查、个案研究、随机访谈及同类比较,结合相关单位提供的统计数据进行分析,课题组得出三亚市河东区及6个镇辖区内的少数民族文艺人才数量稀少且受教育程度普遍偏低、现有少数民族传统文艺陷入后继乏人的困境、现有少数民族文艺人才分散且生存发展条件令人堪忧、少数民族文艺推广和普及程度较差的现状,由此对三亚市少数民族艺术文化和非物质文化遗产的保护和承传提出了加强少数民族教育、加强对非物质文化遗产传承人的培训、加强对民族企业的投资扶持及加大力度推广少数民族文艺等对策。

Through the analysis of questionnaire survey, case study, interview, comparison, and statistics provided by the relevant units, the research group has learned that the number of minority literary and art talents in Hedong District of Sanya city and 6 towns is smaller and their educational levels are generally lower, putting the existing minority traditional literature and art into the dilemma of lacking successors. The scattering distribution and adverse development is worrying. The poor situation of minority literature and art popularization promotes the protection and inheritance of Sanya minority culture and non - material cultural heritage by strengthening the minority education, fostering people＇ s intangible cultural heritage, enhancing the investment and support of national enterprises and boosting ethnic arts.
