皖北猪仔猪体重和体尺参数相关性研究 被引量:4

Research on Correlation between Piglet's Body Weight and Body Size Parameters in Wanbei Pig

摘要 为了研究皖北猪的现状并且为开展皖北猪的保种工作奠定基础,对安徽省涡阳县皖北猪场的现存仔猪进行了测定分析。随机选取该场30头仔猪,公母各半,分别测定初生、20、30、60和90日龄仔猪的体重与体尺数据,对测定结果进行相关分析。皖北猪仔猪平均日增重与体尺参数之间具有较强的相关。初生重与管围的相关系数为0.828(P<0.05),20日龄体重与胸围的相关系数为0.895(P<0.01)、30日龄体重与体长、体高、胸围和头长的相关系数分别为0.773(P<0.05)、0.837(P<0.05)、0.902(P<0.01)和0.851(P<0.05)。鉴于30日龄体重与多种体尺参数存在强相关,建议以该日龄的体尺指标作为留种的依据。 In order to study on the current situation of Wanbei pig and lay foundation for carrying out the preser- vation of Wanbei pig variety, the existing piglets in Wanbei pig farm at Woyang County of Anhui province were determined and analyzed. 30 piglets (half male and half female) were randomly selected from the pig farm. The body weight and body size of piglets in newborn, 20, 30, 60 and 90 days old were measured. The measurement data were analyzed on the correlationship. There was a strong correlationship between piglet' s average daily weight gain and body size parameters of Wanbei pig. The correlation coefficient between the newborn birth weight and pig circumference was 0. 828 ( P 〈 0.05 ). The correlation coefficient between the 20 - day body weight and bust was 0.895 (P 〈 0.01 ). The correlation coefficient were respectively 0.773 (P 〈 0.05), 0.837 (P 〈 0.05 ), 0. 902 (P 〈 0.01 ) and 0. 851 (P 〈 0.05) between 30 - day body weight and body length, body height, bust and head length. Because there was a strong correlation between the 30 - day body weight and various parameters of body size, it was commended that the 30 - day body size indexes were the basis of reserve breed.
