According to the needs of oil tank production process of pickling, and phosphating about the middle or small oil immersed transformer, this paper discusses the automatic control remaking of tank pickling and phosphating process based on the Siemens S7 -200 Smart intelligent PLC. The result can achieve the requirement of. oil tank pickling and phosphating process. It enhances the security level of automation and operation of transformer production workshop.
