成人先天性心脏病外科治疗两种手术方式的选择 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较分析在治疗常见先天性心脏病(房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损)手术中右前胸小切口与传统正中切口的优缺点。方法回顾性分析实施房间隔缺损修补术及室间隔缺损修补术患者的术前准备、手术方式选择、术后处理,分析选择不同手术切口的依据。结果两种切口所代表的手术方式各有不可替代的优势,亦有不可遮掩的劣势。结论需根据患者具体情况,选用合适的手术方式。 ObjectiveTo analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the right anterolateral thoractomy and conventional incision in common congenital heart diseases operation(mainly in the treatments of atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect), in order to provide some references for the cardiac surgery practices. Methods80 cases of atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect treatment from January 2012 to April 2013 are collected. Preoperative preparation,operation modes,postoperative treatments in all the cases will be analysized in order to summarize the rules of incisions selection in different cases.ResultsThe two operation methods standed for these two kinds of incisions,have their irreplaceable superiorities,as well as inferiorities.ConclusionCardiac surgeons need to choose suitable operation mode according to the specific condition of patients.
