low-rTMS对脑梗死后言语失用合并Broca 失语的治疗作用 被引量:3

摘要 言语失用是不能执行自主运动进行发音和言语活动,无法用言语肌肉的麻痹、减弱或不协调来解释的一种运动性言语障碍,或者是一种运动程序障碍[1]。大部分患者涉及到左侧大脑半球第三额回的损害,经常与失语症伴随存在,尤其是Broca失语,严重影响言语功能。文献[2,3]报道低频重复经颅磁刺激(low-rTMS)对语言功能康复有效。脑卒中患者语言功能障碍是主要表现之一。本旨在探讨low-rTMS对脑梗死后言语失用合并Broca失语的治疗作用。
