糖尿病视网膜病变合并糖尿病肾病的高危因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 糖尿病微血管病变是糖尿病(DM)特征性病变,主要累及眼和肾脏。糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是DM最常见的并发症之一,也是成年人低视力和盲的主要原因[1];糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)是DM患者死亡的主要原因,起病隐匿,缺乏特异性临床症状,部分患者发现时已是终末期,错失最佳治疗时机。DN与DR发病机制有许多相似的基础和特征,且两者常相互并存,严重程度也呈平行关系[2]。本文旨在探讨DR患者合并DN的高危因素。
