防己黄芪汤合五皮饮加味治疗肝硬化腹水30例临床观察

Investigation of Fangjihuangqi decoction combined with Wupi drink on cirrhotic ascites

目的观察防己黄芪汤合五皮饮加味治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法将60例肝硬化腹水患者随机分为2组,对照组30例应用西医常规治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上应用防己黄芪汤合五皮饮加味治疗。2组疗程均为4周。记录患者治疗前后症状积分、腹围、体质量、门静脉内径变化情况,比较2组疗效。结果 2组治疗后症状积分、腹围、体质量及门静脉内径均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论防己黄芪汤合五皮饮加味治疗肝硬化腹水,可改善患者的临床症状,提高疗效,降低临床死亡率。

Objective To investigate the effect of Fangjihuangqi decoction combined with Wupi drink on cirrhotic ascites .Methods 60 cases of cirrhotic ascites were randomly divided into two groups .Patients in control group （ n =30） were treated by western medicine conventional treatment .30 cases in treatment group were treated by Fangjihuangqi decoction combined with Wupi drink on the basis of control group treatment .The course was four weeks in two groups.The symptom score,abdominal circumference ,body mass,portal vein diameter changes were recorded , efficacy in two groups of patients was compared before and after treatment .Results The symptom score ,abdominal circumference,body mass,portal vein diameter after treatment were decreased as compared with those before treatment in two groups （ P 〈0.05）.The decrease in treatment group was more significant （ P 〈0.05）.The effect in treat-ment group was superior to that in control group （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Fangjihuangqi decoction combined with Wupi drink on cirrhotic ascites can improve clinical symptoms ,improve efficacy and reduce clinical mortality .
