组织公正对员工知识分享行为的影响机制——基于雇佣关系的中介作用 被引量:1

摘要 基于社会交换理论与公平理论,引入雇佣关系探讨组织公正与员工知识分享行为之间的关系。将分配公正、程序公正和互动公正作为自变项,知识分享行为为依变项,雇佣关系为中间变项,通过调查问卷分析研究,验证研究变项间的因果关系。研究结果表明,组织公正对知识分享行为有正向关系,雇佣关系在组织公正与知识分享行为的关系中起中介作用。
