摘要
针对潞安集团常村煤矿井下短巷、联巷出矸出渣过程中,SGB620/40型刮板输送机故障率极高的情况,设计研制了小型电滚筒驱动胶带输送机用来进行替换,使其能够在最短18 m时,就可以安装胶带输送机,更换后在对降低机电事故率、保证连通和完善全岩掘进巷道出渣系统方面做出了重要贡献。
In view of the situation of high fauh rate SGB620/40 type scraper conveyor in short lane and joint lane out of waste slag process in Changcun Coal Mine of Lu＇an Group, it designed development of new small electric drive roller belt machine used for replace- ment, the belt machine is installed in the most short 18 meters,it＇s reduced the electromechanieal accident rate, at the same time,it has played an important role improving the connectivity of whole rock roadway slag system.
