摘要
【目的】对比分析国内外主要品牌造纸法再造烟叶的理化特性和感官质量差异,为进一步提升国内造纸法再造烟叶的综合品质及在卷烟中的应用提供参考依据。【方法】以国外造纸法再造烟叶MD-1、MD-2和国内造纸法再造烟叶RS-1、RS-2、JY、SG为材料,对比分析国内外几个主要品牌造纸法再造烟叶的物理性质、化学成分和感官质量,并对国内外再造烟叶的主要理化特性进行聚类分析。【结果】国内造纸法再造烟叶在抗张强度方面表现较优,以国内RS再造烟叶的抗张强度最大,而国外MD再造烟叶的抗张强度最小。国外MD再造烟叶的化学成分协调性总体优于国内再造烟叶。国内RS再造烟叶与国外MD再造烟叶的感官质量得分较接近,而国内JY和SG再造烟叶感官质量得分较低。聚类分析结果表明,国内RS再造烟叶与国外MD再造烟叶的理化性质较接近,国内JY、SG再造烟叶与国外MD再造烟叶的理化特性差异较大。【结论】国外造纸法再造烟叶的综合品质整体优于国内。国内卷烟企业可根据自己的需求选择再造烟叶原材料及合适配比,其中RS再造烟叶可应用于较高档次卷烟;JY和SG再造烟叶可应用于稍低档次卷烟。
[Objective]The physicochemical properties and sensory quality of domestic and foreign paper-making process reconstituted tobacco were compared to provide references for improving the comprehensive quality of domestic paper-making process reconstituted tobacco and the application in cigarette.[Method]With the foreign paper-making process reconstituted tobacco MD-1,MD-2 and domestic paper-making process reconstituted tobacco RS-1,RS-2,JY,SG as the test materials,their physical properties,chemical components and sensory quality were compared.And the main physicochemical indexes were studied by cluster analysis.[Result]Domestic paper-making process reconstituted tobacco showed better tensile strength.The tensile strength of domestic paper-making process reconstituted tobacco RS was the maximum,while the tensile strength of foreign paper-making process reconstituted tobacco MD was the minimum.Foreign paper-making process reconstituted tobacco displayed better chemical composition.RS reconstituted tobacco was close to MD on sensory quality.The sensory quality score of SG and JY reconstituted tobacco was lower.Cluster analysis showed that physicochemical properties of RS and MD were close and the differences between JY,SG and MD were larger.[Conclusion]The comprehensive quality of foreign reconstituted tobacco was overall better than the domestic one.The domestic cigarette enterprises can choose the raw materials and appropriate proportion according to their own needs.RS reconstituted tobacco can be applied to the high grade cigarette and JY and SG reconstituted tobacco can be applied to the lower grades of cigarette.
