摘要
为了实现对真空开关电弧伏安特性的测量,设计了真空开关电弧试验装置。首先建立了一个可拆式真空灭弧室以及其基于阴极的触发电路,并结合真空短间隙进行了电弧点燃试验以及真空电弧电压和电流的采集,验证了真空电弧正伏安特性。结果表明,利用所设计的系统能够很好地触发真空间隙,并能准确地测量真空开关电弧的伏安特性,能为真空相位开关的研究提供有利的条件。
In order to measure the arc voltage-current (V-A) characteristic of vacuum switch, a set of installation for researching the vacuum switch arc is designed in this paper. First a demountable vacuum chamber of short-gap and a trigging circuit based on cathode are built. The arcing trigging test is carried out for short gap in vacuum and the acquisition of the voltage and current of the arcing in vacuum is made in order to verify the V-A characteristic of arcing in vacuum. The results show that the designed system can trig the vacuum gap very well and can measure the V-A characteristic of arcing in vacuum switch precisely. It presents a good base for researching on the vacuum phase-controlled switch.
