摘要
检测变压器油中糠醛含量是判断变压器绝缘纸老化程度的有效方法。目前常用的高效液相法存在测量过程复杂、花费时间长等缺点。笔者提出一种基于光谱分析技术的简单、快捷的检测方法。研究中发现,当用光谱仪分别直接检测油样和油样萃取液,因油中BHT(抗氧剂264)的干扰,检测结果不佳。加入TBA(2-硫代巴比妥酸)作为显色剂后能排除干扰。在390 nm波长处对糠醛进行了定量分析,测定结果表明,油中的糠醛质量分数在0.10~16.00 mg/L范围内与其吸光度值呈现良好的线性关系。测定精度RSD为1.47%(n=8),重现性良好,回收率接近100%。
Determination of furfural content in transformer oil is an effective method to judge the aging degree of insulated paper in transformer. Currently, the most popular method to measure the content of furfural in transformer oil is HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography). However the measuring process of HPLC is complex and time-consuming. The present paper reports a rapid method for the determination of furfural based on spectroscopy. It is found during the research that when testing the oil sample and oil sample extraction directly by busing spectrograph, the results are affected by BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene) in samples. Nevertheless, the influence resulting from BHT could be eliminated by adding TBA (2-Thiobarbituric acid) as chromogenic agent. The absorbanee of furfural at 390 nm is analyzed. The results show that a favorable linear relationship between the absorbance and the concentration of furfural can be obtained with good reproducibility when the concentration of furfural is within the range of 0.10-16.00 mg/L and the precision of method wasl.47%(n=8); the recovery rate was around 100%.
