焦作矿区煤层底板注浆加固工作面突水原因与防治 被引量:23

摘要 焦作矿区水文地质条件极为复杂,煤层底板受到承压水的严重威胁,为此对工作面煤层底板进行了注浆加固改造。但近几年底板注浆加固工作面仍发生突水事故,严重影响了矿井的正常生产,并构成了安全隐患。通过对焦作矿区近年来8起底板注浆加固工作面突水事故进行调研,详细分析了突水工作面主要充水水源、注浆加固改造情况、突水情况及原因,总结归纳了注浆加固工作面突水影响因素,利用实例计算验证了易突水位置,并进一步提出了水害防治措施。 The hydrogeological conditions are very complex in Jiaozuo coal mining area and the floor is seriously thretened by confined water, so the floor of working face has been reinforced and transformed by grouting. But water inrush accidents still have occured in working face reformed in recent years, seriously influencing the normal production and causing hidden danger for safety in coal mines. Through investigation of eight water inrush accidents in Jiaozuo coal mining area in recent years, the paper analyzes the source of water inrush, the situation of reinforcement and transformation by grouting, summarizes the effecting factors of water inrush, calculates and verifies the position prone to water inrush, then puts forward control measures to ensure the safe, high and stable production in coal mines.
