摘要
介绍了硝酸装置氧化亚氮减排技术中二级减排和三级减排的特点,并对以CDM AM0028方法学为基础的4种三级减排技术的应用情况进行对比,为选择硝酸装置氧化亚氮减排技术提供参考。三级减排方案的收益超过二级减排,再加上具有检修方便、检修频率低、随时可关停而不影响生产及催化剂损耗低的特点,未来三级减排方案将成为二级减排方案强有力的竞争者。
A presentation is given of the features of tow-stage and three-stage nitrous oxide emission reduction technologies for nitric acid unit , and a comparison is made of the use status of 4 three-stage emission reduction technologies based on CDM AM 0028 methodology .The gains of three-stage emission reduction plan exceed that of two-stage emission reduction plan , besides, it has advantages of convenient maintenance , low repairing frequency , shutdown at any time without influence on production and lower consumption of catalyst , three-stage emission reduction plan will become a strong competitor to two-stage emission reduction plan in the years to come .
