摘要 目的:设计一种用于指导操作和教学演示的腹腔镜模拟培训装置,以提高培训效果和质量。方法:结合腹腔镜实物模型,利用计算机三维仿真技术进行建模,设计出模拟培训装置。将在2010—2012年3 a中参加培训的医师随机分为2组,每组各60名。培训教学中,实验组使用腹腔镜模拟培训装置,对照组使用传统手术方式,比较2组医师培训后的操作考核成绩。结果:经过统计学分析,P<0.05,表明2组操作考核成绩有显著差异。结论:使用腹腔镜模拟培训装置可较大幅度地提高参加培训医师的成绩和操作水平。 ObjectiveTo design a training device for the instruction and demonstration of the operating of the laparoscope. Methods The solid model and computer 3D simulating technology were used for the modeling and designing of the device. From 2010 to 2012, 120 physicians involved in the training were divided into a experimental group and a control group randomly. The physicians in the experimental group made use of the simulating training device, and the ones in the control group used the traditional mode. The examination scores of the physicians in the two groups were compared, Results The scores of the physicians were significantly different, with P〈0.05. Conclusion The laparoscope operating training device can enhance the score and operating level of the physician greatly.
