Modbus与工业控制网络在医疗设备中的应用研究

摘要 目的:探讨Modbus及基于TCP/IP的工业以太网在医疗设备通信以及设备控制中的应用,研究通信的实时性和指令响应时间。方法:为了分析设备的运行情况,采用对设备的运行日志进行分析及对数据总线上的通信数据包传送进行监控2种方法来获取指令响应周期的实际数据。结果:高工作负荷的情况下,平均指令响应周期为34 ms,最大响应周期为71 ms。结论:对于实时响应周期要求小于100 ms的医疗设备,使用Modbus和工业以太网络组合,完全可以满足设备使用的要求。 Objective To explore the application of Modbus and TCP/IP-based industrial Ethernet to medical device communication and control, and to study the timeliness and instruction response time of the communication. Two methods were involved to acquire the data on instruction response eycle, ineluding analyzing the operation log of the device anti monitoring the communication data packet of the data bus. Results In case of high workload, the mean instruetion response time was 34 ms, and the maximum time was 71 ms. Conclusion Modbus combined with industrial Ethernet e, an meet the requirements of the medical device with a instruction response time less than 100 ms.
