摘要 目的:针对慢性病高发、人口老龄化等现状,设计一种基于物联网技术的社区健康管理平台。方法:综合分析物联网三层架构,利用模拟前端和监护测量技术,设计户外和家用的便携监护感知终端,开发具有数据互联的监护管理应用程序和健康评估的社区监护管理服务器。结果:设计并研制了便携穿戴式监护终端样机、家用多参数监护仪和监护管理APP,实现了监护数据感知上传、个人健康管理和健康分析评估功能。结论:基于物联网的社区健康监护平台的设计和初步实现为社区医疗健康管理服务的转变提供了有力的平台支撑和技术支持,对医疗资源的优化配置具有重要的作用,对健康监护产业转型有很好的借鉴意义。 Objective To design a platform of community health management based on the Internet of Things (IOT), and to control the prevalence rate of chronic disease and the aging population. Methods By analyzing the three-Layer structure of IOT, the technique of front-ends and monitoring measurement were used in the design of the monitoring terminals which were applied in the outdoor and indoor monitoring conditions. The monitoring devices with data telecommunication function and the community monitoring management server with data processing and health estimate function were designed. Results The wearable monitoring terminal, household multi-parameter monitor and monitoring APP were realized to cover the functions of monitoring data sensing and uploading, personal healthcare management as well as health analysis and evaluation. Conclusion The design and implementation of 10T-based community health monitoring platform provides technical support for the community medical service, and benefits the optimized allocation of medical resources.
