基于信息技术的医嘱闭环管理方法研究

目的:解决医嘱业务流程中执行环节管控的缺口问题。方法:应用移动医疗信息系统及医嘱闭环管理新模式。结果:解决了以往医嘱床旁执行时的缺失数据问题,实现了从医嘱下达到执行的全诊疗流程的追踪管理。结论:降低了临床差错事故率,大大提高了工作效率和医疗护理质量。

Objective To solve the problems during the execution of physician prescription. Methods Mobile medical information system and physician prescription closed-loop management mode were used. Results The problems of data missing during the bedside execution of physician prescription were solved, and the tracing management of the whole diagnosis and treatment flow was realized. Conclusion The clinical error rate is decreased, and the working efficiency and quality of medical care are greatly improved.
