摘要
目的:观察2种不同检测仪血糖检测值是否存在差异。方法:随机选择120例手术麻醉患者,其中男性69例、女性51例。随机均分成A(动脉)、V(静脉)2组。A组:经桡或足背动脉采血;V组:经上肢浅静脉采血。同一样本均应用Accu-Chek Perfoma血糖仪、Stat Profile CCX分析仪同时检测血糖。比较2种检测仪血糖检测值的差异。结果:在A组和V组中,Stat Profile CCX分析仪检测的血糖值均显著高于Accu-Chek Perfoma血糖仪检测的血糖值(由2种分析仪检测的血糖值,A组分别为(6.31±1.23)mmol/L及(5.86±1.11)mmol/L;V组分别为(5.81±0.91)mmol/L及(5.35±0.81)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:虽然Accu-Chek Perfoma血糖仪、Stat Profile CCX分析仪均采用葡萄糖与葡萄糖氧化酶相互作用的化学反应方法检测血糖,但同一样本的血糖值差异明显,应予以注意。同时提示医生对同一患者的血糖检测,应用同一检测仪器为宜。
Objective To investigate the difference of blood sugar levels with Accu-Chek Perfoma (Roche Ltd., Germany) and Stat Profile CCX (Nova biomedical Corporation, USA) in patients. Methods A total of 120 patients, 69 men and 51 women, with an average of (63.69±10.15) years old and (50.12±15.24) kg, were recruited into the present study. Among all patients, 75 patients had undergone operation of urinary systems under general anesthesia, 29 thyroid and breast operation, 8 hepatopanereatobiliary operation and 8 others. All patients were equally divided into A (radial artery or dorsal artery of foot-drawing blood samples) and V (superficial Veins of upper limb-drawing blood samples) groups. Besides, to compare difference of blood sugar levels from Accu-Chek Perfoma and Star Profile CCX, blood samples collected from the patients were measured with these apparatus mentioned above. Results The blood glucose levels of Stat Profile CCX were significantly increased when compared with those of Aceu-Chek Perfoma in A group (6.31±1.23) mmol/L : (5.86±1.11) mmol/L (P〈0.05), and similar result was also obtained in V group (5.81±0.91) mmol/L : (5.35±0.81) mmol/L (P〈0.05). Conclusion Although the measurement principle of glucose-glucose oxidase chemical reaction is involved in both Aecu- Chek Perfoma and Stat Profile CCX, blood sugar levels by the meters above are really different. To obtain proper blood sugar levels, the same method should be employed.
