摘要 目的:降低心脏移植手术中医疗事故的发生率。方法:分析2例心脏移植手术中因体外循环设备故障导致的医疗事故,探讨体外循环设备整体安全运行所需条件,建立电源、血泵、氧合器、变温水箱、监测装置等主要部件的计量质控指标。结果:经术前质控,未再发生因设备故障导致的医疗事故。结论:通过设计的质控检测项目,可以有效降低术中体外循环设备的故障发生率,提高心脏移植手术的成功率。 Objective To reduce the incidence of medical malpractice in heart.transplant surgery. Methods Two cases of medical malpractice caused by cardiopulmonary bypass machine failure in heart transplant surgery were analyzed, conditions necessary for whole safe operation of eardiopulmonary bypass machine were explored, and quality control indicators of power supply, blood pumps, oxygenators, variable temperature water tank, monitoring devices were established. Results Through quality control before surgery, medical malpractice caused by equipment failure did not occur again. Conclusion Cardiopulmonary bypass machine failure rate can be effectively reduced by the design of quality control test items, and the success rate of heart transplant surgery is improved.
