人造金刚石表面化学镀镍的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用化学镀法制备了镍包覆人造金刚石粉体,并用正交试验的方法得出制备均匀致密镀层的最佳方案:硫酸镍浓度为32 g/L,磷酸二氢钠浓度为32 g/L,柠檬酸浓度为30 g/L,硫脲浓度为0.002 g/L,镀液pH值为4.5,镀覆温度为80℃,镀覆时间为1.5 h。通过能谱仪和金相显微镜分析了人造金刚石粉体的能谱及其表面镀覆形貌,证实了该试验方案的最优性。 Chemical plating was used to prepare the nickel-artificial diamond powder, and the best formula for preparing uniform and dense coating was found by using the method of orthogonal experiment: the concentration of nickel sulfate is 32 g/L, the concentration of sodium dihydrogen phosphate is 32 g/L, the concentration of citrate is 30 g/L, the concentration of thiourea is 0.002 g/L, pH value of the bath is 4.5, plating temperature is 80 ℃ and plating time is 1.5 h. SEM, EDS and optical microscopy were used to analyse the surface morphology and energy spec- trum of artificial diamond powder. It was confirmed that the preparation of Ni coated complex powder by this chemical plating is optimal.
