概述了TZM合金的强化机理以及合金中碳化物的形成机制和脱氧机制,综述了添加铼、稀土元素等合金元素和碳纤维,以及中子辐射对材料性能的影响,并对TZM合金表面铝化物和硅化物抗氧化涂层以及涂层制备方式做了详细分析。
The strengthening mechanisms of TZM alloy were described, also the formation of carbides and the mechanism of de-oxidation of TZM alloy were analyzed. The influence of adding alloying elements Re and La2O3, carbon fiber, and the influence of neutron irradiation on TZM alloy were illustrated. The anti-oxidation coatings over TZM and coating techniques were analyzed in detail.
