摘要 通过分析还原炉助燃系统装置的不足,提出将还原炉助燃风管道通入还原炉排烟管道内的方法,结合管壳式热交换器原理,利用排烟余热对助燃风进行预热,从而提高助燃风温度,使还原炉可节约焦炉煤气折合标准煤350t/a。 By analyzing the deficiencies of the reduction furnace's combustion supporting system device, the method which can improve the temperature of combustion supporting gas was proposed and put into force. By this method, combustion supporting gas pipe of reduction furnace was forced into fume exhaust ductwork, and the heat of flue gas was used for warming up the combustion supporting gas. Also the principle of shell and tube heat exchange was applied. By using this method, reduction furnace can save much coke oven gas and the annual saving is equal to 350 tons of standard coal.
