摘要
本文将系列金鸡纳碱及其衍生物与过渡金属钌配合物用于芳香酮不对称氢转移反应。考察了金鸡纳碱结构、催化剂用量、反应温度和时间等因素对不对称转移加氢反应的影响。结果表明,金鸡纳碱及其衍生物与金属钌的配合物对芳香酮不对称氢转移反应具有较好的催化作用,在优化的反应条件下转移加氢反应的对映选择性达51%-93%。在催化剂5次循环使用中,苯乙酮转移加氢产物对映选择性基本保持不变。
The asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of aromatic ketones catalyzed by cinchona alkaloid-Ru complexes was studied. The effects of different modifiers,amount of catalyst,reaction temperature and time on the asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of aromatic ketones were investigated. The results showed that cinchona alkaloid-Ru complexes had good catalytic effects on the asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of aromatic ketones. Under the optimum conditions,the transfer hydrogenation enantioselectivities of aromatic ketones were 51% ~93%. The enantioselectivity of 1-phenylethanol was nearly maintained after five cycles.
