对于机顶盒维修人员来说,快速判断机顶盒硬件的故障点是一件困难的事情,这也导致了机顶盒硬件维修成功率很低。针对机顶盒维修提出了一个自动检测机顶盒硬件好坏的软件功能,通过机顶盒启动时装载U盘中的自动检测硬件程序,来达到迅速判断机顶盒硬件故障点的目的。

For set-top box maintenance staff, it is a difficult task that the maintenance staff quickly determines set-top box hardware failure points, which also resulted in that the maintenance rate of the set-top box hard- ware is very low. This paper presents the solution that it can quickly detect set-top box hardware failure points. The solution is that the set-top box loads the automatic hardware detection program through boot loader in the U disk when the set-top box is starting.
