摘要
利用法兰-密封件-螺栓密封结构密封性能测试实验台,针对常温和-196℃低温温区,对聚四氟乙烯密封圈密封性能的影响因素开展了实验研究,着重探讨了螺栓预紧力矩、工作压力及温度对其密封性能的影响情况。结果显示:在固定预紧力矩下,随着工作压力的不断升高,该密封结构在常温和-196℃两个温区都会出现泄漏临界压力点,并且临界压力与单位面积密封圈上预紧力之间均呈现较好的线性关系;在相同的螺栓预紧力下,该密封结构在低温下的临界压力低于常温下的临界压力,说明聚四氟乙烯密封性能常温优于低温。
Based on experimental study of sealing performance for flange-seal-bolt structure with polytetrafluoroethene( PTFE) sealing unit,the influences of pre-tightening force of bolts,working pressure and temperature on PTFE sealing performance were analyzed and discussed at ambient temperature and low temperature(- 196 ℃). Under a fixed pre-tightening torque,as the working pressure increases,a critical leakage point will occur and the value of the critical pressure is nearly linear to the pre-tightening force on sealing ring per unit area,both at the ambient temperature and low temperature(- 196 ℃). Under an equal bolt pre-tightening force,the seal structure at low temperature(- 196 ℃) has a lower critical pressure than that at the ambient temperature,which adds up to a better sealing performance at the ambient temperature for PTFE.
