S-8树脂对苯并三氮唑的吸附性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以工业循环水中的防蚀剂——苯并三氮唑为研究对象,考察了大孔树脂S-8吸附苯并三氮唑的最佳条件,探讨了吸附过程的热力学和动力学机理.研究结果表明,在实验室条件下,S-8树脂吸附苯并三氮唑废水的最佳条件:吸附时间为90min,吸附温度为35℃,pH值为9,相对树脂用量为0.1g.S-8树脂吸附苯并三氮唑的过程符合Langmuir方程,为单分子层吸附、优惠吸附,在吸附温度25℃时的饱和吸附容量为160.59mg/g.S-8树脂吸附苯并三氮唑的过程符合拟二级动力学模型. With the corrosion inhibitor in the industrial circulating water-benzotriazole as the research object,the optimum adsorption conditions of benzotriazole by macroporous resin S-8were investigated.The adsorption isotherm and kinetics were also investigated.Results showed that the optimum adsorption conditions were 90 min,adsorption temperature of 35℃,pH 9,and resin dosage 0.1g under laboratory conditions.Langmuir isotherm equation could better describe the adsorption behavior of benzotriazole on S-8and it was a monolayer adsorption reaction and favorable adsorption.The saturated adsorption capacity at 25℃ was 160.59mg/g.The S-8resin adsorption process of benzotriazole met pseudo-second order kinetic model.
